  • Roll forming

Pairs of rollers constantly mold and bend the metal sheets or strips as they are passed through the machine, giving them the appropriate cross-sectional shape. The procedure is carried out incrementally, shaping the portion gradually until the appropriate cross-section is obtained. Large manufacturing runs or components with considerable lengths are typically produced using roll forming.
